You damned right. Amadou, Oscar, etc, sorry to hear about this in other cities. But…. We have lots of those here in Houston. And those shootings and killings happened under the watch of a Black police chief. The cop in Oscar instance clearly shot a subdued young man in the back. He should goto jail for that. But, he won’t. They never do. Random killings of cops would probably send a message, but when cops start getting killed…. The cops kill more innocent or subdued people. It’s a cycle.
